How much time do I need to commit?
You can expect to engage for 1–2 hours per week. Everything is designed to fit around your schedule, with both live and on-demand options available.
What is the structure of programme?
Our main live call slot will be on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM GMT / 11 AM EST each week.
One-to-one coaching calls, which form part of the programme, can be arranged at your convenience.
Peer pod calls will be arranged by the pod themselves at their convenience.
Special workshops and events may be created outside of these times on an ad-hoc basis.

It’s for senior leaders and emerging executives who are ready to grow their impact, deepen self-awareness, and create breakthrough outcomes with their leadership.
The FirstHuman Community is designed for those who have leadership responsibility within their organisation. Ideal members of the community will have titles that include EVP, Director, MD, SVP, VP, Head of. The size of team managed would typically be 5 full time-employees or more.
Can I join at any time?
Our community will launch on Monday 5 January. After this launch, we will accept new members on a rolling basis. You’ll be guided step-by-step from day one.
