In this online roundtable, we will be joined by Mike Ettore, a retired Marine Corps Officer and now an executive leadership coach.
Mike is the author of ‘Trust-Based Leadership,’ where he explains how he adapted and applied military leadership concepts while serving as a business leader. After leaving the Marines, Mike rose to the position of Chief Information Officer at the $1bn recruiting firm Kforce, despite not having any formal tech training.
Mike will share his reflections on how he learned how to apply the Marines’ Core Values to business. We will have an opportunity to engage with Mike and explore what we can learn from him in peer-to-peer confidential discussions with fellow executives.
