This week, I speak with Julius Manni, CEO of the Finnish tech company Vincit.

Vincit was originally founded in 2007 with a motto. To be a workplace that wouldn’t suck – not even on Mondays. Starting there, they’re blossomed into The Best Place to Work in Finland. They’ve managed to do that using something they call Leadership as a Service, whereby employees are encouraged to develop themselves and their skills through self-management.

We talk:

  • Being a father and public company CEO
  • Self-management and worldwide scaling
  • The change leader as facilitator
  • Music as a creative outlet
  • Learning to let go
